There is probably non, but that is not a point civilians are entitled to argue about unlike in the west. In China, like it or not, the military security principle is
一、 不该说的秘密，绝对不说；Don't speak what you are not authorized to.

These principle items are the first thing you would be told in your military training in college, almost every college student does. Basically, if the PLA does not promptly tell you, show you and instruct you to reveal, they can ban anything you do.

(2)Satellites have known passage windows. This is getting more complicated now, but very high res satellites are still outliers.
