The particular guest and the one who made the above points, 约克, works in China's MIC and has some insider connections.

Though he does "talk too much" and I don't take all or most of it at face value. I think the above points by themselves are reasonable, however.

There are reasons why 约克 is allowed to participate in such podcasts even though he's certainly a Chinese MIC insider with an active security clearance:

(1) He is a hard-line Chinese ultra nationalist whose claims and rhetoric align with certain preferred, if not official narratives.

(2) He intentionally obfuscates and retains certain key details, so he isn't invited for tea with the MSS.

If you're able to work with these two caveats and read between the lines, you'll probably find 约克 more informative than speculative, at least in my limited experience with his content.

Apparently Fujian will be moved into the #4 drydock at Jiangnan (of which the 2/3rds closer to the water is currently empty) later today (January 18), presumably for further works on the hull. Posted by @还是捣蛋 by Weibo.

Yeah, I agree. However as a long time watcher of his podcast, I'd say he speculates a lot and is nowhere as "info dense" as Yankee, for example.
