Likely mockups at launch position. Does anyone have the un-cropped original?
Are we sure this isn't a CGI that's been cropped and made to look "fuzzy" to try to have us on?
This kinda looks like some of the CGIs that 大包 has made before.
That said real pictures made to look blurry and CGIs made to look blurry and appear very similar to each other, so who knows...

You can tell right away it was fake by the deflectors. Even a fuzzy cgi still looks cgi.
Has this been posted yet? It shows the 003 conducting EMCAT tests with sleds.

Foul lines are probably the most satisfying set of on a carrier, big fan.
In this case, the markings are entirely consistent with what we'd expect of a CATOBAR carrier of its configuration (particular the bow catapult foul lines.
It will let us eyeball how much real estate they have to spot aircraft on the bow, if they only use one of the bow catapults for launch (which is not infrequent)
