Man I flew into Shanghai 8 times in August 2024 this year and every time was on the wrong side and even the plane never flew over this area !

No, this should not be construed as the signal that they will conduct catapult test.

However, the chances of testing catapult is very high during this sea trial, because tyre marks were spotted on the landing deck when Fujuan returned from the previous sea trial. It is only logical that arrestor cable landing and catapult launching test will be carried out after the touch and go tests.

imagine formation sailing with Type 076 LHA, Type 075 LHD, Type 071 LPD + Type 901 Tanker and a SSN slipped in there for good measure

all together buzzing with drones, helicopters and fighter jets and V-formation of the J36 6th generation fighter jets above

that would be over a 1/4 million tons of warships in brand new format

probably the entire tonnage of a modern Western navy
