Looks like Crew Onboarding. Can see them carrying gear and duffles in the previous pic. Still carrying a lot in this photo as well, with bags, satchels, etc. Also appears to be a lot of chairs on the deck.

I wonder if they finally corrected CV-16's off-center dotted line at the waist takeoff position on CV-17.

Via JSCh look like they have a pep talk(rally) or some kind of speech. Look like construction worker maybe speech fromm management thanking all the worker for job well done and to mark the end of construction phase. Which they do with amazing speed 4 years from steel cutting to maiden sailing

Any idea how long the shakedown cruise might be? Despite it being a new class of ships I don't think it'll be quite as long as the Liaoning's trials.

I was wondering about the windshield wiper it was missing before I guess they haven't installed it before now they do. The same with radio antenna still missing
Wow specially built fire truck for carrier small and compact. At Liaoning maiden voyages they commandered regular civilian fire truck big and red one. That should tell people that in 6 years they make all kind of changes on the design and equipment of the carrier . Notice the AEW suite is much more compact too. Time has changed.
It will take couple more days for onboarding of equipment,provision and people.Plus the crew need to get familiar with the ships layout and accomodation
