CCTV Weibo why you can believe it? Many times they put the F16 picture but the news is all about J10. CV17 is still in the shipyard.
Generally, as was the case with the Liaoning, when they begin testing the engines at dock side like this, they are getting much closer to the initial builders trials at sea.Via clarkgap
Boiler tested after the AESA was installed:
As you are new here and we had not had conversation, so I want to make it clear that I don't intend to poke you on your post. And apologize beforehand if it looks so.Still trying to verify what's happening, apparently CCTV's weibo account posted something (which I cannot access) about this and I found conflicting info...
EDIT: They are all Chinese articles and so far appears to be media from Hong Kong and quoting the same source. Take this with a grain of salt please.
Understood and won't jump next time. That's why I like this place and sorry if I polluted it a little...!As you are new here and we had not had conversation, so I want to make it clear that I don't intend to poke you on your post. And apologize beforehand if it looks so.
That been said, I would advise you to be more critical when referring these sources that you provided.
- The two articles from stheadline and singtao are copy/paste of one another if you read them. That makes them very not respectful. And it reduce the sources to only one.
- The title of the tianya post clearly states 辟谣:航母海试,央视乌龙 which means: Rebut rumor, CV sea trail, (is) CCTV mess-up.
- The post then states at the end: 港媒原引ccav乌龙贴 which means: Hong Kong media quoted CCAV (slang for CCTV) mess-up blog post (CCTV weibo account).
Russians say ( dated December 4),
quoting what they linked just like this:,
the Type 001A is to begin sea trials this month (December of 2017)
