but I thought It can also carry KD-88 ASM, YJ-83K AShM and YJ-91 ARM?after "Training-Job" Liaoning + CV 001A will protect chinese SSN bases; the J-15 is only air superiority, no way for air to ground attack

Quite frankly I would welcome it as long as the Russians did not try to force things against other parties allied with the US or Turkey. If all of us were committed however together against ISIS, how would it be to see four carrier:
US Nimitz class
French CDG
Russian Kuznetsov
Chinese Liaoning
...all unitedly attacking the ISIS animals jointly?
When there is no wind and the carrier goes at a modest 25 kts in whatever direction there is a 25 kts wind over deck.... and when wind isn't sufficient.
... and with 25 kts wind there is a 50 kts wind over deck and that is what is needed. When there is no wind and the carrier goes at a modest 25 kts in whatever direction there is a 25 kts wind over deck.
However, when dawn arrived there was not enough wind for the heavy Skyhawks to take off so the mission was cancelled and Admiral Lombardo turned back to await a better opportunity.
It was the carrier Veinticinco de Mayo, formerly the Dutch Karel Doorman, a ship of less than 20 000 t and with a length of 192 m. that was unable to reach its design speed of 24 kts, that didn't dare launch its A-4's because it needed the help of the wind. Remember the feeble cat of the poor ship.... and with 25 kts wind there is a 50 kts wind over deck and that is what is needed.
Remember the :
Forward or aft launch point?Adm. K needs 7 kts WOD to launch Su-33's at MTOW
