If they are wise, they have done that.
The pilot used the English word "LSO" during the interview. Is the rumour true that PLAN hired some retired US Navy officials?
I don't know. But there is plenty of information,photos & Videos, and discussion on line where the PLAN could learn the USN way of doing things.
All they'd have to do is follow this forum for the last nearly 12 years.
No doubt the PLAN has been trying to learn from USN. But it's hard to believe that members of PLAN would use English on daily basis. That pilot apparently slipped out the word "LSO" during the interview. That tells me that he uses it quite often. Could it be that LSO is actually in their doctrine?
