This is excellent first time I see they exercise under severe weather condition . The last nail in the long maturing of China carrier operation . I like to see they do the same thing in SCS under storm to launch and retrieve J 15 Then we can say China Carrier program has graduated. It is long learning process but compare to other navy it is amazingly fast only a decade!
