Liaoning transiting Miyako Strait, photographed in recent days and released by Japanese Ministry of Defence.

In future there may be two-carrier groups transitting the Miyako Strait, accompanying by a couple or more heavy weight 055, and other naval assets.

Get use to it. USN and PLAN interactions are going to become a regular thing especially if PLAN operates beyond the first island chain.
