But really its a testament to what China achieved with that casino cover story

Basically jump starting Chinas carrier programme and decades from now it will be seen as a turning point in carrier aviation for Chinese navy

With regards to the Chinese carrier programme its one of the most robust, planned and executed

No messing around no cutting corners and even the best naval enthusiasts cannot find faults in the development

Those night operations are spot on and they are conducting very professional operations to a very high standard, from the body language of the deck crew to the lighting on the carrier total expert like

Unlike its amphibious programme China has not spared any change when it comes to its carrier programme, really impressive can't fault it

no not at all. their carrier program from inception till now has been nothing short of miraculous. It will be equally impressive in the next decade as they likely will put out their first CVN with EMALS. To go from literally nothing to that in mere 20 years would be difficult to replicate by anyone else.

Well, if she'll never visit Nikolayev again, I'd at least like to see the old Varyag visit her long-suffering sister before either of them are retired. Seemed like Kuznetsov was the lucky one back in the 90s, but look at the two carriers now...

I'm no lawyer, but I don't believe China is a signatory to that Treaty. Feel free to correct me.

100% true. Special permission or some sort of waiver would be need from the Turkish government to transit the Bosporus Strait. I don't think that would happen...never.
why do you think, the government would not give this special permission? Today the Turkish relations to Russia, Iran and SCO becoming better and better … and the relations to USA cooling down more and more
