Besides implying that China is the Great Satan for taking over the divine right of the US to control the Panama Canal (the PANAMA canal), the author uses words like "the Red Chinese" and "Communist China" often enough that it's clear this guy is either mildly retarded or massively indoctrinated, or both.
In any case, unlike the Middle East region where several middling powers could potentially put China's oil lifelines at risk, there are NO middling powers in the area of the Panama Canal. There is only one power in that region, and this power has no fear of a single PLAN CBG sailing around in its back yard. So like I said, there is no point in any Chinese CBG's uselessly patrolling the Panama Canal.

The FC31 is a dead give away.
This one is CG for sure. The machines, palettes, and equipment don't mach with the shades and shadows with the floor (deck) in compare to the lighting. It looks as if they're floating.
Gents on sina military site the headline caption for these photos clearly state that these are CG photos.
