So.. are they back in their homeport? Now to me when it is stated they dropped the mooring means they dropped anchor. Now that's how the Soviets use to operate. Go out to sea and drop anchor and conduct training. I'd like more info before I make anymore remarks.

Great pics! The highest I had seen so far was 120. Now we know 121 and 122 are out there.J-15 122....practicing in Yellow & Bohai seas with 104,113,115 and another J-15 doing complex manuvouring ....
Probably even higher.
