Two nice magazine scans of carrier Shandong, the first of which is a better version of a previously shared image.

This attracts my eyeballs, heavily loaded J15 could have been taken off from this left position, thus leaving dark tyre marks. Can it be fully loaded J15 or ones that carried as much load as permitted for ski take off.
I refer to the positions as starboard = #1, port = #2 and aft = #3 in the direction of flight.

#1 is almost never used, #2 is also very rarely used and #3 is used the most. If you see photos with two aircraft in positions #1 and #2, it is mostly a "parade lineup" from which there will be no take-off.

This also explains the different intensity of the tyre marks at positions #1 and #2.

And if you look closely at the aircraft at position #2, you will see that the tire marks coming from there are not from position #2, but from position #3. The main landing gear is one tire width away from the tire markings, but exactly aligned with the brake pads.

See the bold letter part. Where did you pick up this from? Is this just your opinion or from a credible source?
