These carriers have similar or better capability than the QE class carriers the UK has. These are the largest non-nuclear carriers in service anywhere in the world. At least they will be until Type 003 comes out.

The PLAN could easily get another 10 years out of it. Will be interesting to see if in the future the J-35 operates off it.

Does the age of the hull actually matter? I thought it was the age of the electrical and mechanical components that limits a ship's service life. I'm expecting the Liaoning to remain in service through the 2040s.

The Liaoning hasn't even undergone MLU yet. 10 years is vastly lowballing it.
