Most likely fake. I always look at the length of the wake (the white bubble foaming behind the propellers). CV16 looked OK, type 075's wake looked too short, and the replenishment ship has no wake at all.
Also there is a wake line on the left side of the supply ship all the way to the right edge of the photo. Possibily the original ship (DDG or FFG) was deleted and replaced by the supply ship using cut and paste.
