This part is true. I would do anything not to be Indian.
In the middle of a pandemic. And suffering 3rd lockdown in 12 months. The U.K. at least can rejoice in the fact our carrier is operational. Gee.
Now they are accusing China of blocking WHO investigators from entering Wuhan, making it sound like China is hiding something.
Reading between the lines, it seems that only some of the investigators are having visa issues and the problems are logistical and bureaucratic in nature (article is very vague on the details). My guess is that the visa issues are probably due to Chinese visa requirements for controlling COVID19 such as negative test within X hours of flight departure.
We can be quire sure that Western media and all the China haters are gonna jump on this. Accuse China covering up. Or if the virus is found to not have originated there: of buying time to cover up.
All this while the US has quitted WHO. So they could not go there to investigate. Because the US is no longer obligated to the WHO. Let's see if the new Biden administration puts the US back into the WHO soon. If not, then its starting to smell real fishy.

I shouldn't have been surprised that vaccinating everyone in the US is probably going to take longer than expected. I wonder if China will vaccinate its population faster than the US.

An Indian minister says that people who don't have 'faith' in India's vaccine are 'mentally challeged'. So, by his definition, the rest of the world are 'mentally challenged' then? LOL...
Dont forget to add to this the '110%' and '200%' vaccine effectiveness claim. Only in India can you have a ministers, and corporations say things like this.
And these antics are not helping the Covid-19 situation in India. Now they have just given the average Indian a good reason to doubt vaccination. According to this Indian article, 69% of Indians now have doubts about getting Covid-19 vaccination.
How long then shall we wait for India get out of its Covid-19 mess?

In a desperate bid to boost the number of people vaccinated as much as possible, the British intends to delay the second dose till up to 3 MONTHS after the first shot. What could possibly go wrong?
Even the WHO has seen the need to come out and oppose this decision in as strong a term as they are ever likely to use publicly.
As expected, the story is completely buried on the BBC website, limited to a short clip well hidden on the site.
Radio is reporting it a little more prominently, but that is overwhelmingly for domestic consumption. They just don’t want the world to see the ridiculous decisions they are making.
