The way WSJ reports is so sinister and politically dishonest, putting a negative spin for possible effective vaccine for Covid-19. Its always good to have multiple vaccine to choose from for public good, rather than parroting an expensive Western product for corporate gain.

In April, scientists said that when the second wave comes, it will be more powerful than the first wave. Now the second wave is under way in Europe and it is more powerful than the first wave.

Simply because they dont want to acknowledge those who can combat the virus in the way that is chosen that is not there own. Not to mention this particular method chosen isn’t going to work anywhere else unless you cooperate with China in ever single way with how it is done. That is something not many nations are willing to do given the hatred against communism ( the last thing people should care about in a crisis when its life and death on the line) and idiots like Pompeo rousing suspicion against China in order to mess with those who would want to cooperate and learn how to counter this threat. That is also why the USA has experienced the greatest number of deaths. If the USA was lead by less China hawks, people could have cooperated more and there would’ve been less suffering, but when bigotry and hatred rules the nation, well what normally could be something easy to solve has suddenly turn into a national disaster, both in Europe (uk as an example) and the USA.

I was just discussing this with my wife earlier today.
It's not just Europe, it's the entire Western world. The problem is that there is a lot of wishful thinking among politicians, unproven speculation being presented as facts by the health experts, and an unhealthy lack of critical thinking among the public.
To take a typical example: the re-opening of schools in September. The politicians wanted to re-open the schools so parents can return to work. The health experts downplayed the risks by claiming masks and "social distancing" will minimize infection risks, and the parents ate it up.
Now, a month later, daily infection rates have shot up from 100 a day to 1000 a day. Thousands of parents are now trying to switch their kids from in-class to virtual learning. Yet, what does the government do? Close some restaurants and gyms.
Just the other day we received an email from our school saying they had another confirmed case at the school, yet in that same email, they claim relevant health "experts" are still saying the risk of infection is "low"!
I learned my lesson back in March, when the government was claiming that masks were ineffective at preventing the spread. The amount of damage that claim did cannot be understated. When it comes to COVID-19, I'm not trusting anything the government or the "health experts" here are saying.
I can’t help but feel that all this lying is going not only come back to haunt them but the consequences from all of there bullshit is going to manifest quite soon. This lying and hate has to stop and if there is no force or reason on earth is going to stop them, then I guess we will have to see if the God they worship approves of there madness
