President Trump went around Walter Reed hospital and then went back to the hospital. Seems this was just photo op...
Even when sick he could still capture the world’s attention. Gotta give him that.

Only because he's sitting on a giant time bomb.
I think it is fake, or really mild case of Covie-19 Trump has.
It was his news conference from his hospital room.
His face was white or ashen, which was a shock, because normally he's orange.
Well, either this virus can change his skin color from orange to white in a few days or there is a big cover up of something on his face.
When you look like that, you ain't coming out of the hospital in two days, unless the doctors agreed to discharged Trump so he can expire at home.
That is why there does not seem to be much news surrounding this.

I don't think it's faked. The White House is full of leakers, if it was faked it would have leaked out in no time even if only a handful people knew. You won't be able to keep all the doctors quiet. If you can't keep Watergate secret you won't be able to keep something like this secret either.
But all these PR exercises sure gives a feeling of "Hitler in his final days in the bunker ordering counterattack".
