Low, cheap, and juvenile is what the typical trolls have left.
It was a joke, calm down.

Really? Which ones in particular were you thinking of?

Probably because up until the start of the pandemic China constituted a large percentage (majority?) of global production - which was fair enough, because if you don't want to build your own factories someone else has the right to fill that gap. People aren't going to go without if they can't get it somewhere else.
Given the ease of buying masks made in China, one has to wonder why Meng Wanzhou went with the Taiwanese masks. Maybe it's just a coincidence.
I quite like China, I just don't like the CCP. A little joke once in a while never hurt anyone.
it's always "China wants stability". I hate this mentality. China may want stability but the US wants to attack you. So there is a saying, if you want peace prepare for war.
China doesn't understand that by acting scared and weak is not going to do you any good. Do you really think the US won't attack China if China acts like a coward?
If you project strength, even if it's bluffing. That has a better chance of preventing the US from attacking you. Then acting weak and spineless.

This annoys me a bit. Here's China making it's eighth shipment of medical donations to Venezuela. But not a peep from the MSM. of course this put China in a good light, and that won't do.
I loved the comment from the Venezuelan foreign ministry when asked:
Q: And what did you received from the US
A: sanctions and blockades
17 Tons of Medical Supplies Arrived in Venezuela from China on Tuesday – Eight Shipment

A total of 17 tons of medical supplies arrived in Venezuela this Tuesday from China, as part of economic cooperation and brotherhood ties between the two nations. The shipment, the eight since the pandemic began, arrived at the Maiquetía International Airport, in La Guaira state, on a flight carried out by Conviasa airline.
In statements broadcasted by Venezolana de Televisión, the Minister for Health, Carlos Alvarado, detailed that this new shipment includes 300,000 rapid tests and 200,000 PCR tests for Covid-19 diagnosis. Similarly, more than 105,000 units of drugs for intensive care patients, 55 ventilators and 50 oxygen concentrators, which makes it possible to “depend less on the oxygen that is purchased from private companies.”
Rest of the article:
The real joke is how well humoured the Chinese actually are because I don't see any other group of people being able to tolerate even the slightest provocation.
Ahh the old lighten up it was just a joke routine. The real joke is how well humoured the Chinese actually are because I don't see any other group of people being able to tolerate even the slightest provocation. I guess everyone's a snowflake except Chinese ... relatively speaking of course. No wonder Chinese are such hardy people.
I actually find that quite amusing. Chinese people - at least the online nationalists - get offended at the drop of a hat these days. Recently Chinese fans of Taiwanese celebrities got upset when they weren't actively sending out social messages praising China's national day. Not saying things in support of Taiwanese independence, just trying to stay neutral and being quiet.

Plenty of Chinese users have been banned since I've been on the forum because they couldn't take criticism of China/praise of its strategic opponents and it all boiled to the surface.
