Read the damn title. No unsubstantiated rumors. What's wrong with you? First the biowarfare rumors, now this? Yeah, the president might be in a secure location during a viral pandemic. Is that surprising, or does that mean it's some goddamn conspiracy plan to keep the 70 year old president healthy?

The 9th case of coronavirus in the US, the likely hood that this might get out of control in the US is also possible. One thing to highlight here is the 2 different approaches to how 2 people in the US approached the virus in this article. One which is a Wuhan local did not sought medical attention immediately while the other did though we have no information regarding his nationality.
This is not so say that every single Chinese are doing this, but it does goes to show how public health awareness plays a great role in containing outbreaks.
It reminds me of the meme of Chinese attributing every single symptom of sickness as being curable by "drinking more water". My advice would be even if it seems like a normal flu, go see a doctor as soon as possible.

I merely asked if anyone had any news on Xi lately, then someone replied in a seemingly dumbfounded manner rhetorically asking which Xi or what I meant or something else to that effect and so I clarified with reasoning for my concern for asking etc, hardly is that the same percieved categorical offense of accusing the CIA of commiting biowarfare against the Chinese people, I should instead ask what is wrong with you that you cant tell the difference or see the context.

Typical western MSM BS reporting. They just search the ‘Chinese internet’ to find the random post that says what they want to hear, and cite them as if it is some kind of magical window into the soul of everyone in China. That’s like someone using random 4chan and Reddit posts as sources for reporting on the west.

Also, notice how when there is overwhelming evidence of popular support for the Chinese government that even they cannot easily censor or spin, they just bring out that tired old line about how China’s internet is tightly controlled to discredit proscribed public opinions in China.

You merely nothing; in your post you said there is some "rumor" that Xi is secure underground. The title says "no unsubstantiated rumors." You read English? Then it's this sentence that clearly suggests you think there is some conspiracy to the president trying to keep healthy: "Is he planning something the rest of us dont privy to ?"

Coronavirus same class as plague & HIV: PM Mishustin says Russia will deport infected foreigners if necessary

Russia will isolate, quarantine, and deport foreigners struck down with the new Chinese coronavirus. The step was announced on Monday by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"In order to prevent the spread of infection in our country, all necessary measures have been taken, the operational headquarters is working and, the situation is under control,"

Mishustin explained that a national plan has been implemented to thwart the circulation of the virus, and that it has also been added to the list of highly dangerous diseases. The Wuhan Coronavirus is the 16th addition to the table which includes maladies such as HIV, malaria, cholera, and the plague.
