This shows how dumb is the media. All this talk about COVID-19 being accidentally leaked from a lab... How would they know about it if it's new to then have it in a lab? Did COVID-19 announce itself and admit how dangerous it was to humans? The only way they would have it stored is if there was an outbreak before and that's how they discovered it and knew to keep it for study. They think China is lying right now about controlling coronavirus and they think it's still raging uncontrollably through China with many more cases and deaths than China is admitting. Yeah but they somehow got control of it the first time...?
Trump doesn't think deep. That's why he's blaming Obama because people are telling him China had it in their lab. If China had it then Obama must've knew about coronavirus and have it in US labs also and did nothing hence why he's trying to lay the blame on him. That means there's nothing new about coronavirus. The idea that it's new is to lay blame squarely on China because of Chinese unsanitary cultural habits the reason to why all of this is happening. If it's not new then that argument is void. They're contradicting themselves. If they wanted to know the truth, they wouldn't throw out contradictory arguments. So what's left is just their lies.

I live in australia and they seems to still harboring the primal fear of being the only western country surrounded by asian countries, the fear of being cut off and invaded by asians still giving them permanent nightmares, therefore being the most loyal and subversient american lapdog is vital for their security
However australian business leaders know who put food in their tables and they are overwhelmingly in favor of not biting the hands that feeds
Former prime minister malcolm thurnbull has even said any australian prime minister find themselves in conflict with China will not get any support or solidarity from australian business leaders

I think China has already got out of the middle-income trap, based on the income of residents in its first and second tier cities. It's just a matter of time the whole China will be as rich as those big cities. It's almost inconceivable that China will have a rich coastal area in the east and a much poorer inland area in the west permanently.
There is zero evidence that China had possession of the SARS-CoV-2 in the Wuhan lab before the outbreak. I said it before, and I will say it again. When was the last time that some pathogen had been collected by humans before it infected humans in the wild? Never. It's always the other way around. Some infectious agent caused disease in humans, then it is collected by humans for study. There are quite a few animals can be secondary hosts of the SARS-CoV-2, such as pigs, ferrets, and cats:

My question will be once a vaccine has been developed for a certain strain of Covid-19 virus, does this now mean that the vaccine is only effective for this strain targeted by the vaccine? IF yes, the strain of the virus needs to be identified before any treatment. Otherwise, we may need a cocktail of vaccine to have an effective treatment?

That would be the likely outcome like the seasonal flu which has various strains.
Cocktail would work best for preventive vaccine. But does the same practice apply for therapeutic vaccines or is it more selective? Guess it would be more selective to minimize any side effects.
