Here is the concluding part of the above study:

Concluding remarks and future perspectives

Such considerations as a whole support the possibility that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines under some circumstances induce high and possibly toxic amounts of S protein in organs and tissues, in turn leaking into the circulation. In animal models, it is well established that lipid nanoparticle-carried mRNAs undergo systemic disposition and expression in organs such as liver, skeletal muscle, and lungs [

]. It can be suggested that at least part of the risk to develop adverse reactions following vaccination with mRNA products depends on the organs/tissues where S protein production occurs, as well as on the total amount produced and on the production time course. For example, it was established long ago that distinct tissues widely differ in the efficiency of protein synthesis, but no one so far assessed whether and to what extent this is relevant for the efficacy and safety of mRNA vaccines [

]. Therefore, we further recommend careful characterization of COVID-19 vaccines with regards to systemic disposition, including organs and tissues where S protein production occurs and interindividual variability in local protein synthesis efficiency, to provide a rational basis for dose individualization and to identify subjects at risk for adverse reactions due to either vaccine-induced S protein production in vulnerable sites, excessive S protein production, or both [

So most people in China got Sinovac, and they flattened the curve rapidly, which shows Chinese vaccines are superior. But how come they are still doing research on mRNA vaccines?
Because gen therapy or mRNA has many other application(like fighting different sorts of cancers) then providing a slightly better vaccine compared to older but time proven methods.

Like BlackWindMnt has said, mRNA has plenty of applications outside of antiviral vaccines. The potential for mRNA vaccines in treating cancers is the largest one, as it is particularly easy to tailor a custom-made mRNA treatment for each patient and their cancer. Treating certain genetic conditions is also a potential application, in that the mRNA can be used to directly substitute non functional genes during transcription. Dismissing mRNA vaccines wholesale is ill-advised as it really cannot be understated just how much of leap in progress they are in the field of biotech. The technology around mRNA vaccines offers the capability to directly print out custom-designed proteins. Needless to say that isn't something anybody should want to miss out on.

right tools for the right job. The rapid mutation of the COVID spike protein caused concerns (now proven to be well founded) among Chinese regulators whether vaccines focused only on the spike protein will be sufficiently effective.

China has a large amount of the world's market share when it comes to medical technology. Therefore it is important that companies are developing in all directions, so that they will be ready to take on the next challenge, like they were ready on COVID. For the next breakthrough, mRNA vaccine might be the ideal way of delivery.

I think it is effects after covid, although athletes dying suddenly due to cardiac arrest is relatively common before covid too.
It does happen but I don’t think it’s relatively common. It’s very rare to find young seemingly heathy and fit athletes die suddenly from cardiac arrests. and usually it’s from previously undetected congenital condition or other underlying condition.

The entire Western world has been experiencing unexplained elevated levels of excess deaths since 2022.

Around the middle of last year, researchers in several countries started noticing something disturbing: despite the fall in Covid deaths everywhere, excess deaths (compared to the pre-pandemic five-year average) were actually rising. Even more worryingly, a disproportionate number of those excess deaths were occurring in young people. This was the opposite of what you would expect in the receding phase of a pandemic — one which had largely spared young people in the first place.
Some

sounded the alarm, but were largely ignored by governments, public health authorities and the mainstream media. It was a curious response from those who in the previous two and a half years had justified the complete upending of human societies on the basis of “preserving life”. Throughout the second half of 2022, however, excess deaths have continued to rise at faster rates, and have continued to do so in the first weeks of 2023, to the point that the problem has become impossible to ignore.
According to

a European mortality monitoring activity supported by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), many European countries are showing elevated levels of excess mortality in all age groups — around 35% above average — and did so throughout 2022. In fact, despite relatively low Covid death rates,

in all age groups in Europe in 2022 were as high as in 2020 and higher than 2021 — even in the oldest cohorts. Beyond Europe, the situation is much the same:

and New Zealand recorded, respectively, 16% and 9% more excess deaths than the historical average in 2022, while in the United States, CDC data shows that the rate of non-Covid excess deaths in the first half of 2022

than in 2020 or 2021.

Finally, there is one possible explanation that has to be considered, at least as a contributing factor for the rise in non-Covid excess deaths: the role of the vaccines, in particular those from Pfizer and Moderna that use the new mRNA technology. This is a hyper-polarising issue, so let’s start with what we know: the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are associated with a higher risk of developing myocarditis (heart inflammation), especially in younger males (

to the spike protein generated by the vaccine circulating in the blood), and other serious adverse events such as blood clots. This is confirmed by a number of studies (see, for example,
