The amount of hate people like this dude wishes to inflict or happen to China is beyond words.

This guy's histrionics aside, it will be interesting to take account the covid cases in countries that invested heavily in the Sinovac/Sinopharm vaccines.
Chile, UAE, Hungary, Serbia, Indonesia, Cambodia
UAE and Hungary are a little more complicated as they have pursued a mixing strategy.
Unless things become significantly worse in these countries vs. mRNA countries, then the inactivated aren't any worse

The UK has been reporting conflicting results regarding the severity of the omicron variant. Whereas researchers in South Africa have been saying it's less severe than previous variants, the UK is saying it's no less severe than the delta variant based on the proportion that become symptomatic or require hospitalization.

Researchers at Imperial College London compared 11,329 people with confirmed or likely Omicron infections with nearly 200,000 people infected with other variants. So far, according to a report issued ahead of peer review and updated on Monday, they see "no evidence of Omicron having lower severity than Delta, judged by either the proportion of people testing positive who report symptoms, or by the proportion of cases seeking hospital care after infection."

Ok guys, may need your help here. I remember there being studies posted about mix-matching vaccines for the 3rd shot, but could not find them again. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Main one I’m interested in is effectiveness of different 3rd shots with two Pfizer shots as I need to book my 3rd shot. Thanks!

What are your options? Moderna is fine with Pfizer, and you don't want AZ regardless.

Moderna is the best. As per studies, Moderna outperforms Pfizer every time in which vaccine produces and retains most antibodies

This is mainly because of the higher dosage administrated by Moderna. Mind you though, with higher dosage you might also get stronger side effects than you would get with Pfizer.

It's up to you. Personally, I regret that I took Pfizer and for my next shot I will go for Moderna
