Why would you be required to take up either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines when and if you're already vaxxed using Sinovac or Sinopharm two vaccines that are listed on WHO and are now accepted in Canada per it's own guidelines. Also, just call Health Canada and speak to their representative ask this important question directly so you are crystal clear with the rules.
What was the vaccine used? Sinovac or Sinopharm? Or was your Dad's friend in Canada as well which is using the MrNA vaccines

@SteelBird bro I had bad news to report, our cases increase to 2,268 today from 800 plus two days ago, It's a conundrum, to open or not open, It's a balancing act. Like I said before most of cases came from abroad and mostly from our Kabayan from the US. I expect the cases to increase more due to the fact that most of our Malls and restaurant are now fully open. It will put a dumper on Christmas holiday and celebration.
