The pursuit of lab theory only makes the Dems look weak. It is interested that from the comments section many liberal Americans just think it doesn't matter if it is the lab or animal spillover. They just don't want Trump to get away with doing a lousy job. On the other hand, Trump supporters are so obsessed with the lab theory in order to atone Trump.

Good. Now this is what I'm talking about. But this needs to be more widespread. Get this onto CGTN, Xinhua, and others. Get this onto the Russian and other anti-US media. Tone down the belligerent language if necessary. But keep the message consistent: "Wanna re-investigate WIV? Investigate Fort Detrick too!" Do this consistently every time Western media brings up the Wuhan biolab BS.

As early as March before the report of the investigation in China was released, Chinese experts involved in the issue reached by the Global Times said that they felt palpable "political pressure" on the international experts. A Chinese expert from the joint team told the Global Times in an earlier interview that the Chinese side did not know "exactly who is putting pressure on the international experts," which could be coming from several countries.

The invisible "pressure" formed following the US' signal of their return to the WHO in January after the Biden administration took office and later in February, it announced it would pay the millions of dollars it owed to the WHO, a Chinese professor on US studies who preferred not to be identified, told the Global Times on Wednesday.

Subsequently, there were unexpected "interludes" that kept occurring between China and WHO cooperation, which used to move smoothly in 2020 during the US' absence in the organization, he said.

It was not only the experts from the joint team feeling the pressure from the outside, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the WHO chief, also made some comments about the matter that aroused discontent from the Chinese side.

I have always suspected that the Biden administration is more dangerous than the Trump one. The last Democrat administration, the Obama administration was very adept at getting international cooperation to hurt countries. This is another classic US Democrat-style arm twisting to get compliance. The fact that the Wuhan lab theory not only persisted, but now put into mainstream convinces me that this is a bipartisan effort in the US. This whole thing definitely came from the deep-state, not just the wackos in the Trump admin.

"We urge the US and other relevant countries to cooperate with the WHO in a scientific, open and transparent manner," Zhao said.

The Chinese Embassy in US said in a statement that China supports a comprehensive study of all early cases of COVID-19 found worldwide and a thorough investigation into some secret bases and biological labs all over the world, after US President Joe Biden ordered intelligence to "redouble" their work to determine origins of coronavirus.

Such a study and investigation should be full, transparent and evidence-based, and make everything clear, the Chinese embassy said.

Marion Koopmans, head of the viroscience department at the Erasmus MC Rotterdam in the Netherlands, told the Global Times on Wednesday the follow-up studies on coronavirus origins are a combination of studies that start where the WHO-China joint team left off, so it means studies in China and outside of China.

The studies should look at regions outside China that have reported "viral sequences very early, in 2019, like Northern Italy," as recommendations in the joint study report called for studies in regions where viruses are almost identical to the first detected viruses from Wuhan, Koopmans said.

Koopmans said that the WHO-China joint expert team did not find any evidence in the laboratory leak direction during their visit in Wuhan.

"We also said that if someone has evidence, they should share that with WHO, and that has not happened. For us, it is impossible to work with unconfirmed information," she said in response to whether more studies on the lab leak theory should be conducted as some US media and politicians claimed.

@SteelBird bro there is partly a hesitation due to past bungling of dengue vaccination program of the previous administration ( google SANOFI DENGVAXIA issue) were an unproven drug were administered ( Philippine was used as an experimental ), there is corruption involving Sanofi of France and many children died of complication. But The really issue is the availability of the vaccine as most of the masses are willing to be vaccinated. Bro my wife is a skeptic but she is the one who push me to inoculate asap when she learned that Sinovac is being offered by our local gov't for FREE. So it really depends on what brand. People here don't trust vaccine coming from India and of Astrazeneca.

Anyone know or seen this pandemic rehearsal held back in the U.S. around October of 2019? The scenarios laid out here pretty much mirrored as to what happened in the real world months later. Imagine if China was doing a pandemic rehearsal and much of the material discuss actually occurred and then the outbreak happened. Imagine the tsunami like pressure for China because it will simply pile up the lab leak theory plus the pandemic rehearsal.

According to the report, Bharat Biotech had skipped key steps in ensuring that the SARS-COV-2 virus in the vaccine was fully killed, or was incapable of multiplying in the human body. This created the very real risk that some batches of Covaxin could give people the disease they were to protect against. Based on the report, Brazil suspended its order of 20 million Covaxin doses from Bharat Biotech.
