1) I could not import my favorites,
2) No matter how I put my settings it kept opening new windows every time I went to another page.
3) The incognito browsing did not work.

Strange that, I don't use incognito browsing, but i can import favorites and use tabs just fine. Must be your computer then. :)

More than likely. And regarding I.E. at my step-daughters home they use I.E. and have no problems with photos posting at all. None...I'll just stick with what works for me..firefox.

Vow! why would you need such a monster? Do you have to store all the DVD, photos, MP3 and a ton of games? and 8GB of RAM? you may need a 64 bit operating system.

Of course he needs a 64 bit operating system. And there are plenty of them around. Even Microsoft has one.

A sidenote of "how a developed country looks like". Computers, KFC, Starbuck... even movie ticket, they may have a same amount of value between America and China (by exchange rate), but the weight of cost of % of income for any one of these to any middle class, vastly differs.

Ordinary Joes can buy two not-bad computers at an impulsion; ordinary Zhangs need to make a decent saving effort to buy a "cheapo" one.
