A C919 makes a stopover at Sanya airport on her way to Singapore, where she will be on display at the Singapore Airshow.

Alert5 reports that they'll have two C919s at Singapore, with one flying and on on static. Apparently China is bring six aircraft overall. There also may be a pair of ARJ21s, with one on static and one flying. Apparently a military type is also coming. I'd wager J-10 or maybe Y-20.

Looks to be the C919, ARJ21 and Catic Z10

The 5th serial production C919 with the provisional registration number B-002D had its 2nd test flight today, now in China Eastern Airlines livery. Posted by @老王RR涡扇花动机 on Weibo.

In case anyone is wondering about the burnt wreckage in the background, that wreckage belonged to an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 777F which caught fire while on the ground at Shanghai Pudong International Airport back in 2020.

Also, it is said that the 6th serial production C919 will roll off the assembly line pretty soon.

very interesting to consider this. A220-300 has been in service longer and a new unit can still have this type of problems. But the more important part is that when something bad does happen, The pilots can go through their check list and get it landed so that maintenance team can come and look into the problem.

For C919, problems are bound to happen. Over time, there will be less problems, but you could still see a failure that forces it to land. The important part is that it becomes mature enough where pilots can land it safely without causing major news item. You never want C919 to have situations like what MAX8 is going through where everyone is afraid of flying on it

Whoever commented "complete rudder failure is not a big deal" has most likely never heard of Northwest Airlines Flight 85, United Airlines Flight 585 and USAir Flight 427, of which the latter two which resulted in mass-fatality crashes as a direct result of sudden rudder failure mid-air.
