This has been posted. It is in fact the second trailer of this game posted here. IIRC the first trailer was posted before the news and discussions of the BMW flooded this thread so you would need to go back quite further to dig it up.

I always wanted to code my own city building game using the same graphics style as "The bustling world".
Something like a mix of Emperor: Rise of the Middle kingdom supply lines and cities skyline scope and tools....
