Chinese Video/Computer Games

The problem with real time strategy games is that they don't fit well under the current mobile service band wagon. PC games are starting to rise in China but the industry perception is still that mobile service games are what sells.

There isn't a great independent scene in China due to the government approval process, which requires developers to take a considerable risk with resources and money up front to make a game; so until that changes, even though I think there's a market for it, it won't happen.

RTS would benefit from better A.I. interpretation of what a player wants to do at a higher level and translates that to automated instructions at the individual unit level without loss of the finess of the player's intent.

I don't really want to play as a general but also a captain at the same time and have to constantly switch between both roles.

AOE2 and AOE4 for Xbox added some really good AI assisting for the economy.

Action RPG will benefit too. For one npcs can have unique dialogues instead of repeating the same phrase.
