Any idea what UAV/UCAV this one is? Some rumour it to be the CH-7 and on Twitter hype it as the H-20 (IMO clearly not) but at least it is none of the known UAVs.

Definitely not a H-20.

The plane looks too small at that close distance to be what the H-20 is expected to look like, IMO.

So that leaves us with 1 out of these 3 possibilities:
1. CH-7 drone or one of its variants; or
2. A new unknown UAV/UCAV model; or
3. RC scale model plane flown by random RC plane enthusiasts that resembles some kind of drones or stealth bombers.

Personally, I would go for the 1st option, then 3rd.

Below is a CH-7 drone exhibition model and CGI for reference.

Keep in mind that the latest news on the CH-7, from Zhuhai 2021, is that it is undergoing a significant redesign and might make a flight in "1 or 2 years", meaning 2022-2023. So the final CH-7 might not be the same as the one you saw in 2018. Even the manufacturer has hinted that it might become pretty much a new product by the end of its development.

After making its debut at the previous edition of Airshow China in 2018, the CH-7 stealth drone will not be making a return in 2021.
This is because the CH-7 is undergoing significant improvement in terms of flight performance and other systems, Shi said. "People will see new designs and new capabilities, which will make it a new product."
The CH-7 is expected to make its maiden flight in one to two years, Shi said.
