Specs disclosed. +6g sustained turn/+9g instantaneous turn. Max speed of 0.8MA at altitude (7KM-10KM), capable of carrying not only chaff/flares but also active self-defense EW interference suite. Frontal RCS of 0.05 meters squared (+-30 degrees).

Looks like it is a bit of an overkill for LRASM. I think it could be used to not only simulate stealth cruise missiles but also fighter aircraft.

At that point is there a big difference in capabilities between a target drones and a missile? Seems like the only difference is the payload.

More on the company behind the LJ-1 target drone. Other than drones, it also makes combat simulation, training, and training evaulation systems. These systems can range from purely software based, semi-realistic (last image), to full-blown physical simulation using real drones.

The drone is also recoverable by using parachute plus airbag.

If that min altitude of 100 meters holds for sea too then it is not a good drone for simulating the LRASM.
