this is very old picture,I believe it shown in the first zhuhai airshow.
more likely a proposal.if there is intention to built it, it shouild been flying since 2007~8.

A village hawk apparently crashed.

Yep -- pictures show a dark fuselage/wing and a white nose/covering. It doesn't quite look like either of the xianglongs though (boxed wing and the mini global hawk).

Kind of weird that the surroundings seem undisturbed, makes me wonder if it's a PS.

Over on CDF hmmvw identified it as a BZK-005 (giant eagle). Looks right.

In that case, it was something else and not village hawk.

I have my suspicion too because it's strange that the wing broke in half while the skinny tree survived. Unless this thing fell from the sky straight down.

A J-7 crush (not sure which incident) PSed into village hawk, and the actual burning site is more further away than the one "present" to us.

Village Hawk... Chinese norms spread fast these days.

A fuzzy and unclear picture. Bogus or some truth to it?

Psed, FAKE, model, UAV or new type ???

I'm gonna say PS, but it's blurry enough it could be either or. I wonder where it was taken, cause it looks an awfullly lot like dark sword.

Personally I'm hoping the uav is real so we can use the name more. Dark sword sounds so badass.

What's the betting DEW or Ares picks up on this and makes a few wrong assumptions as always?
