Most likely US is using Afghanistan as a real life battle testing ground, even though the opponents lack radar.
Stealth designs of US aircrafts are already matured, they probably have confidence that testing of such feature is not necessary in Afghanistan as they can do it using more advance US radars in home ground.

Oppurtunity for China to test out passive detection systems. Just covertly install some systems and personal in Pakistan. Unless already they have done, which is impossible to know, either way we wont know??
These are aimmed at both Iran and Pakistan.

This beast is reported to have 65 feet wingspan and looked like small cousin of B2. Besides Iran and Pakistan, it could also observe China and other neighbor countries.
Since its deployment is shrouded in secrecy and has been in Afghanistan for such long period, its stealth must have worked very well, or else it would probably already been shot down by Iran, Pakistan or China if it did overflew over them.

Lets say China had got word of deployment would they leak story to press nope, same with Pakistan. How would you know if that happened? Military intelligence is not a transparent organisation, it would keep this stuff secret.
I am not saying Iran or Pakistan or China knew about deployment but we wont know if they did. Hope I am making sense.
Detecting and destroying is a different issue that is even more complex to explain, I am a lazy guy

i am not gonna say that China knew about this aircraft, its as lame as saying that the US aircraft carrier knew about the Chinese sub but didnt do anything. but this is a good wake up call for the Chinese and even the Russians lol, better get those anti-stealth tech you guys have been braggin about workin otherwise you are gonna pay a heavy price.

They aren't gonna fly it anywhere near where it could fall into someone elses hands. And they're only gonna fly where they know they can secure and retrieve it if something happens.

That doesn't really matter. Remember all the stories of how much China learn about stealth technology from the rumors that China obtained the F-117 debris from Serbia. Some even believe the US intentionally bombed the Chinese embassy in Yugoslavia because the debris obtained was in that embassy. So it was destroyed twice. And still China learned all of its stealth technology from that debris even though China has not even demonstrated any copy.

the stealth technology used on the f117 is not applicable today, it is far inferior than what is being used the modern stealth aircraft.
