Not sure if this is a new UAV. It looks like a Sky Wing with new more angular tail fins or it has large winglets. When you use a photo viewer and go back and forth you can see it better.

Good observation ... and to admit at first I was not aware that the UAV You mean is the black one being towed !

Anyway I was at first more interested in what that yellow thing behind is ??

Yeah, the black one being towed. When I first saw these pics the title to the post through translation had "Eagle Hawk" which usually means J-31. I don't see any J-31 in there.

Update...

Turns out it's just the Sky Wing.

It says on the bottom of the screen Jan 06 (note that the month, 正月, is written in such way that it is clear that they mean the month of January in the lunar calendar) , the Year of the horse. Although no actual Gregorian calendar year is given, it does say the Year of the horse. So it is either Feb 05, 2014 (Gregorian calendar), or sometime in the month of Feb, 2002 since the Chinese zodiac is a 12-year cycle . I bet someone who is familiar with Chinese calendar can deduce exactly what year it is since it says "甲午" on the top, which is the way ancient Chinese record time. I have no clue... But I bet the video was shown on the day of Feb 05, 2014.

This year (2014) is "甲午" year, and the cycle is 60 years to have another "甲午" again.
The most "famous" "甲午" year was 1894 when Japanese navy crushed the Qing dynasty's new navy, and this history has made this 2014 a very sensitive year for both China and japan in the East Sea...
