The L15B have afterburn and radar?JL-10/L-15B production line. Are those airframe numbers just below the cockpit (painted in red)? The last image shows off the wingtip pylons.

Yes. The regular L15 (the initial model) lack those, but have added capabilities and features.

Who's the customer of the L-15Bs?
Zambia perhaps? If the airframes in the photos are indeed designated for L-15Bs and not JL-10s...
So, the L15B is standar model today for PLAAF and the standar model for exportación.

No, the JL-10 is a derivate in PLAAF and NA service of the regular L-15A. There si no L-15B in service yet. but only a demonstrator flying.
