贵航新机已批量装备部队 军方对其性能表示满意

本报讯(记者姜春艳 特约记者谷平)5月27日下午，中国一航副总经理胡问鸣率队走访慰问总参某部，深入调查了解某型飞机有关使用和服务保障情况，表示希望通过军地互动使武器装备更好地为经济建设服务。
　　胡问鸣在座谈中对在此次汶川抗震救灾中部队官兵的奋不顾身、紧急行动致以慰问和敬意，表示这个时间到部队来更有特殊的教育意义，要向解放军好好学习。座谈会上，双方就装备的使用情况和在使用过程中暴露出的问题进行了深入探讨，一航贵州集团介绍了技术服务保障情况和下一步工作计划。
　　军方对某型飞机的总体使用情况表示满意。飞机批量装备部队后，一航根据部队需求及时启动了质量服务保障计划，贵航提供了现场技术服务，为部队排忧解难，这对武器装备的科学使用和后续发展具有十分重要的现实意义和长远意义。部队希望与企业建立信息反馈机制、需求牵引机制和武器装备使用改进机制，使军工企业武器装备的研制生产既能更贴近部队的要求，又能增强技术创新，能将新技术、新发明、新创造及时应用到武器装备的研制生产中，反映信息化装备建设的特点，促进武器装备的健康协调发展。通过建立完善机制形成部队与工业部门的双方互动、信息共享、互利合作。
　　胡问鸣说，部队武器装备使用反馈的信息非常宝贵，对工业部门来说非常重要，我们要对在使用中发生的问题、提出的建议进行认真研究，尽快加以解决。他表示我们从设计阶段就把用户需求放在第一位，设计、技术为用户着想，增强服务意识和服务观念，希望在研制中得到用户指导，以获得正确的研制方向。他也提出在现场保障服务中一方面要改进我们的服务保障程序，加强培训，让部队官兵尽快掌握维护保障技术，另一方面是否也可以换个思路，由工业部门提供保障服务，以减轻部队的压力。胡问鸣表示，通过军地良性互动会使装备更好地为经济建设服务。

MOSCOW. June 6 (Interfax-AVN) - A plan is being developed for the
Chinese aircraft manufacturing industry to invest in a project to
develop a training aircraft on the basis of the Yakovlev Yak-152, a
Russian defense industry source said.
An agreement with China to that effect "is expected within the next
few months," the source told Interfax-AVN.
The plane would be fitted with a piston engine.

NANCHANG, June 24 (Xinhua) -- China has developed a new-generation supersonic trainer aircraft with state-of-the-art turbines and a full authority digital engine control.

The L15-03 trainer plane, developed by the Hongdu Aviation Industry Group based in Nanchang of Jiangxi Province, had a successful maiden flight last month, according to a press release from the conglomerate.

Zhang Hong, chief engineer for the L15-03 program, said in comparison with its prototype, the new plane shows improved engine function and reliability.

Other improvements, such as the adoption of an aeroastrodynamics layout from a third-generation fighter plane, enable the new plane to bring precision and immediate responsiveness to the control of the engine's operation for a change of the plane nose's orientation, said Zhang.

The L15-03 can be used for advanced training and strategic pilot drills, said Zhang, adding that it would take two to three years to get the new trainer plane into mass production.

Hongdu is a division of the China Aviation Industry Corp. and was the maker of the first plane in New China.

洪都20架“初教六”飞机交付缅甸
大江网讯【曾萱记者朱正】摄影报道：9月9日下午，完成两天的各项验收工作后，缅甸方面和国际采购商在江西洪都集团签署了20架初教六的验收证明书，标志着洪都集团正式交付缅甸20架初教六。据了解，此次交付缅甸的20架初教六，对航电系统进行了升级，产品技术状态与国内交付的一致。同时，这也是近年来洪都集团初教六飞机单批次出口数量最大的一个订单。
近几年来，洪都集团公司教练机系列发展迅速，产品系列齐全，从初级教练机——初教六飞机，到中级教练机——教八飞机，再到第三代高级教练机——L15飞机，已经形成了完整的装备系统，能够提供全套的飞行员培训体系，其产品深受国内外用户信赖。初教六是新中国自行设计并批量生产的第一种飞机，广泛使用于空军、民航的飞行学院及各运动航校，被誉为“培养飞行员的摇篮”。1979年，成为我国第一种获国家质量金质奖章的飞机，累积生产销售了2600架，在国外俱乐部也很受欢迎。
2006年首飞成功的L15型新一代超音速高级教练机，融合了当代多项最新航空科技成果，具有第三代战斗机大迎角机动飞行能力和高敏捷性，可用于飞行学员高级训练、基础改装训练或作为伴随教练机进行战术训练，深受国内外关注。
另据了解，该公司研制生产的K8系列飞机，拥有国内外用户11个，累积销售近600架。1999年与埃及签订的出口飞机散件和生产线的合同，开创了中国航空工业成套技术出口之先河。

Venezuela to buy Chinese combat planes: Chavez

CARACAS (AFP) — Venezuela will buy combat and training aircraft from China this week, leftist Venezuela President Hugo Chavez confirmed in a television broadcast Sunday.

The purchases will be made as part of a six-country tour, Chavez said in his broadcast of the "Alo President" television program from the Miraflores presidential palace in Caracas, hours before leaving on a "strategic interest" trip to Cuba, China, Russia, Belarus, France and Portugal.

Chavez, a staunch foe of the US government, confirmed that during his stay in Beijing he will purchase 24 K-8 aircraft "to train fighter pilots." The planes could be part of Venezuela's air force by next year.
