As that video linked above suggests, trump's latest executive order plans to charge fees of upward of a million dollars to ship operators every time their ship enters a US port, provided the ship was built in China. What effects might that have?
Fees could raise shipping costs on some routes from Asia to the U.S. by up to $800 per 40-foot container. Those costs would be passed on to importers and consumers

Does anyone have the full paper? If I'm reading this correctly, it appears to mention a magnetically levitated mount for generators to reduce their vibration and noise.
