Sounds like the main source of Huate Gas's Helium Import is Russia and it is having some short term supply issues due to recent Russian orders for export control of Helium to non EEU countries, but I think it believes that this should be resolved soon.

Shenghe Jingwei, the first company to list on the STAR Market for advanced wafer-level packaging and testing, debuted today.​

On April 21, Shenghe Jingwei (stock code: 688820), a leading domestic company in advanced packaging, was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.

Shenghe Jingwei's IPO price was RMB 19.68 per share, with a total of 255 million shares issued, raising RMB 4.8 billion to be invested in high-end packaging projects. Of this, RMB 4 billion will be invested in a 3D multi-chip integrated packaging project, and RMB 800 million will be used for the construction of an ultra-high density interconnect 3D multi-chip integrated packaging project.

According to available information, Shenghejing Micro Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. It is one of the earliest companies in mainland China to carry out and achieve mass production of 12-inch mid-section high-density bump manufacturing. It is also the first company in mainland China to provide 14nm advanced process bump manufacturing and has mastered the mixed bump manufacturing technology applicable to more advanced process chips.
