AMIES showcases AST6200 at SEMICON China 2026​

On March 25th , SEMICON China 2026 , a highly influential industry event in the global semiconductor field, opened as scheduled. AMIES made its debut at the exhibition, showcasing its full range of products and engaging in in-depth exchanges with industry peers.

At this exhibition, the company highlighted its newly launched AST6200 350nm stepper projection lithography machine. This product targets advanced manufacturing scenarios in compound semiconductors such as power semiconductors, RF devices, optoelectronics, and Micro LED , addressing several industry pain points. The AST6200 boasts strong process adaptability, high yield, and exceptional process scalability and remote maintenance capabilities, effectively reducing customer cost of ownership ( COO ) and the cost of upgrading production lines to intelligent systems .



Chip-on-Micro has deep expertise in optical system design, precision motion control, and semiconductor processes. During the development of the AST6200 , it achieved breakthroughs in several core technologies, integrating multiple illumination modes with variable pupil technology to precisely achieve 350nm high-resolution imaging . With its product advantages tailored to industry needs and its fully independent and controllable core technologies, the AST6200 became one of the highlights of the exhibition upon its debut.

The Wanliyan 110GHz spectrum analyzer officially debuted at SEMICON China 2026.​

The 110GHz spectrum analyzer showcased this time represents a core breakthrough in two key indicators: higher frequency capability and wider analysis bandwidth. These indicators have long been subject to strict control under the Wassenaar Arrangement, forming a technological barrier for high-end spectrum analyzers. Wanliyan's breakthrough is a powerful response to this critical bottleneck.

Thanks to continuous breakthroughs in high-frequency engineering technology and a series of chipsets, the Wanliyan spectrum analyzer has not only achieved continuous coaxial coverage from 2Hz to 110GHz, but also broken the inherent constraint that "the higher the frequency, the worse the performance". It has achieved a positive gain with higher frequency, wider available analysis bandwidth, and better dynamic measurement performance compared to the same period last year, laying a solid measurement foundation for the research and development of high-frequency communication, sensing and core devices.

Meanwhile, the Wanliyan spectrum analyzer boasts an ultra-large analysis bandwidth of 8.4GHz and an industry-leading real-time analysis bandwidth of 2GHz, nearly 400% higher than Wassenaar Arrangement's export control level. This is particularly crucial for analyzing 5G high-bandwidth modulation signals, 6G communications, and transient signals in complex electromagnetic environments, signifying that my country possesses stronger independent support capabilities in the field of high-end measurement.

J-TECH has been deeply involved in the steel pipe industry for many years. Recognizing this industry opportunity, we insist on refining every product with the spirit of craftsmanship. J-TECH has a total of 4 factories:

1. Zhejiang Hanhong Precision Materials Co., Ltd. , established in June 2020 with a registered capital of US$18 million, has a factory covering an area of 22,000 square meters and a building area of 40,000 square meters. It was put into operation in December 2023. The company specializes in the production of ultra-pure stainless steel clean tubes for electronic semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, new energy, fine chemicals and other fields.
2. Jiaxing Jiexixi Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. , established in February 2008, has a factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters and a building area of 7,000 square meters. It is equipped with stamping, welding, pickling, and electrolytic polishing processes and equipment. Main products include stainless steel pipe fittings, stainless steel pipes, and non-standard prefabricated components; surface treatment services are also provided.
3. Jiaxing Hancun Alloy Co., Ltd. , established in May 2024, covers an area of 12,000 square meters. It is equipped with a 2,500-ton hot extrusion production line, 12 drawing lines, and 5 all-hydrogen bright annealing furnaces. The company specializes in custom-made high-grade stainless steel, nickel-based, and other specialty materials such as pipes, bars, and profiles, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons.
4. Haiyan County Kelin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. , established in 2012, mainly undertakes import and export trade orders; its products are exported to the United States, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, India, Taiwan, and other regions.

The steel pipes we produce:

● Monthly production capacity is 500,000 meters, with high-end EP mother tubes accounting for approximately 50%;
● Maximum production diameter: 76.2mm; Minimum machining diameter: 2.0mm;
● Standard specifications are readily available in stock.
● Strictest tolerance control for outer diameter and wall thickness: ±0.025mm; Strictest roughness control: Ra0.25μm (BA) Ra0.15μm (ECB, EP)

National Chip/C-Core has joined Alibaba T-Head's Xuantie RISC-V ecosystem in 2026.

It wants to develop CNN series of DPNPU IP architecture with where each core has 8 TOPS of computation for use in AI SoC or AI MCU.

I think this year they will surpass even SMIC . The gap will only increase even more , and thy will Probably remain the biggest semi company in China for years to come since AI demand for memory will only increase .

Yuwei Semiconductor releases Raptor-500 For Mask Pattern Defect Detection Device of 90 Nanometers and Above​

Yuwei Semiconductor officially launched the Raptor-500, China's first domestic mask inspection equipment capable of handling processes at 90 nanometers and above. Launched at SEMICON China 2026, this device fills a critical gap in the local market for mature process stages and provides an independent option for both mask manufacturers and wafer fabs.

The system integrates transmission/reflection UV optical imaging, high-speed air-bearing motion stages, AI algorithms, and precision environmental control. Its detection algorithm is based on a "true physical simulation model" to ensure stable performance under varying conditions.

It supports multi-scenario applications (mask outgoing/wafer incoming inspection), multiple pixel options (P375–P150), various mask formats, diverse detection modes (DD, SD, DB, Combo), flexible data processing, and compact layout designs to save factory space.

The Raptor-500 offers high sensitivity, efficiency, a detection rate of 100% for critical defects, and high-precision defect localization. It can detect defects as small as 40nm and reduces inspection time via simultaneous sampling technology. Unlike single-purpose tools, the Raptor-500 is part of Yuwei's broader "full lifecycle" solution, which includes products for substrate manufacturing, mask production, chip manufacturing, and packaging.

The launch marks a significant step toward reducing reliance on foreign equipment (like ASML or KLA) in the domestic semiconductor supply chain. After rapid optimization based on customer feedback, the device has already begun contributing to mass production capabilities for domestic photomasks. Yuwei is strengthening its service network with over 18 centers nationwide and a customized response mechanism (JUMI) to support customers throughout their adoption process.
