In recent years, digital networked equipment, production lines, workshops and factories have developed rapidly, providing strong infrastructure support for the intelligent upgrade and innovative development of manufacturing enterprises. As a representative of new quality productivity, intelligent manufacturing has been deeply integrated with technologies such as artificial intelligence, IOT, 5G, and cloud computing.
Zunxin has a precise insight into the development trend of industry technology, and through a strong alliance with Huawei, it has built a solution that uses Huawei's digital base to support the AMHS system. The solution integrates Huawei Kunpeng computing power server, Open Euler OS, Gauss database (Open GaussDB), high-performance routing architecture, and network equipment that supports WiFi 6/7, which comprehensively enhances Zunxin's self-developed AMHS system's capabilities in key aspects such as network, computing, and data management, and provides stronger technical support for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, especially wafer manufacturing companies.
In this cooperation plan between Zunxin and Huawei,
an innovative CPE dual-transmission and selective-reception lossless roaming solution was adopted to break through the network connection problem under OHT high-speed roaming. This solution successfully broke through the data interconnection "blocking point" between the AMHS management terminal and a large number of manufacturing equipment, enabling Zunxin's existing advanced pathfinding algorithm to be seamlessly integrated with the overhead crane. Wi-Fi + CPE realizes wireless deployment of
the entire production line ; the dual-transmission and selective-reception mechanism ensures that the overhead crane radio frequency is online in real time,
ensuring "0" packet loss ; the lossless roaming mechanism breaks through the connection control barriers of thousands of OHT units, and improves efficiency by 100% through roaming path guidance, and the switching time between different routes
is reduced from 50ms to only 10ms .
