Once 28nm is delivered everything else will fall in place like dominos. @Topazchen me too bro, BUT it will not happen until 2025 when the Chinese EUVL had enter service, as you well know the Chinese will only show its machine IF a successor or a replacement had enter service. Maybe in late 2022 when the rumored SMEE 22nm DUVL come online.
Hopefully it will be kept a secret. First build a bunch of fabs with full domestic equipment.
