Rumors about upgrading existing litho tools might have some truth. Another team from Tsinghua (not Uprecision) created a new type of dual frequency laser interferometer, which improved litho error from 24nm to 6nm. I’m guessing they referred to overly error?

That looks weird. It lists nine cores.
These are the cores used in the K9000S:
2.62 (TaiShanV120)
2.15 (TaiShanV120)
1.53 (Cortex-A510)
My guess is this K9000SL is a 2.35 GHz TaiShanV120 core with SMT turned on, with another three 2.15 GHz TaishanV120 cores with SMT turned off, and four 1.53 GHz Cortex-A510 cores.
So basically the same thing as the K9000S except the best processor is clocked down, and the second best processors have SMT turned off. They might be binning K9000S processors which can't clock high enough, and disabling SMT on some of the processors to make a downgraded processor for the Nova 12.
right, I assume SMT wasn't on in this case for the medium core. I'm not sure if they can be turned on or not.
Binning is a high possibility here. So, expect a little more variation in the performance of K9000SL
