License out its finished IP? US has banned 14nm and below for Huawei. Only mature process like 28nm for Huawei
Electrical cars is the hottest trend right now. Alot of chips used in EV are old technology. Chinese government going back to oldschool , offering sudsidies at 0.13um process to spur chip development for EV..

Great timing !!! regarding our Previous post of China successful development of silicon wafer crystalline and equipment. This year will see it's mass usage as major Chinese FABS increase their investment and expansion.
