Wiki page for Rockchip covers the company and its products extensively. One of their chips have been used for Chromebooks, in particular the Samsung Chromebook Plus and the Asus Flip C101. But more of their products are in DSPs and IOT applications involving ARM cores, such as Android TVs.
I understand the feeling, but while the USA, especially the government since they are the main problem deserves the bash, I don't think China should sink themselves to the same depths as the USA since what they are doing so far in continuing on while letting the USA fall on there own sword is already quite good already and it helps to make things a whole lot harder for the USA to counter China in the conventional way since right now the spot light of the world will remain on them and their evil deeds rather then what ever minor news in China there is since every on knows that China is stable right now and thus not amazing enough for the media to report on compared to the election melt down that is going to happen soon
