Vacuum only solves aerodynamics. Maglev only solves wheel-track connection. Nobody has a long range maglev alone or a long range vacuum train alone, so combining the 2 is hugely risky for unknown gain.
Does Chuo Shinkansen count? Because Chuo Shinkansen doesn't utilize vacuum tubes.

According to reports, the high-speed speeding car Datong (Yanggao) test line project is China's first full-scale test line for ultra-high-speed low-vacuum pipeline maglev transportation system.

On May 24, 2021, the Shanxi Provincial Laboratory of High-speed Speeding Vehicles was unveiled. The project was approved in September, and construction officially started in April 2022. The project is located in Yanggao County, Datong City. The line is 2 kilometers long and the starting point is 500 meters west of Yanggao South Station .

According to CCTV news, China's first full-scale supernavigation test successfully verified highly dynamic superconducting magnets, high-power multiple inverters, high-voltage integrated modules, high-excitation suspension structures, high-precision positioning speed measurement, and airtight Key technologies such as space pipeline wireless communication, full-process safety control, and high-precision intelligent track inspection have preliminarily verified the correctness of the overall plan of the high-speed flying car system and the coordination and matching of the work.
