What's special about this diesel locomotive now that we have seen those powered by hydrogen and lithium batteries?15 days late on this, oh boy.
On October 10th, the National Railway Bureau issued the model license and manufacturing license for the FXN3C diesel locomotive.
It's the first locomotive of the Fuxing series to be licensed (besides the permanently coupled power cars on the CR200Js), and meets the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Tier 3 emission standards. They might operate like DF locomotives similar to how HXD locomotives operate like the SS locomotives but unlike the HXN locomotives, they probably won't be limited to just Northern China, Inner Mongolia, or Tibet. What's special about this diesel locomotive now that we have seen those powered by hydrogen and lithium batteries?

Weird it’s called 35-ton containers, using weight instead of volume for the capacity.Does anyone know about 35 ton widebody intermodal containers? Apparently Tianjin port is the first in China to start using these self developed containers.
Cute!CR200J power car and control car testing.
