A couple of more images. Looks like quite a sizable radar. Might be a very long-range ballistic missile radar.

Do you know what an OTH radar even is? This one is certainly isn't. And if it is for BMD, OTH radars are useless for that anyway.

These aren't radars. They are high-energy microwave weapons against drones.
