looks like bilibili has joined the chorus of companies working with Huawei to produce apps for harmony

long list of companies have done this recently with the news that huawei is discontinuing Android support
This is good news seeing China's own big tech companies support HarmonyOS(forced by market forces). This could be really interesting given when HarmonyOS next launches and has created a healthy App eco system. It might be time for Chinese tech companies to really start branching out into BRICS and ASEAN. It will be on Chinese owned hardware and platforms, no risk of getting deplatformed by Apple or Google. It really nice to the fundamental puzzle pieces fall into place for a Chinese owned software ecosystem.

Looks clean, i do wonder if they will have easy to use API to manage windows so developers can make something like a tiling window managers for HarmonyOS.

I don't know. I suspect Huawei's HarmonyOS on it's hardware will be strictly control like Apples ecosystem. Simple tiling is included in many OS, so I imagine they will have it too. But they have OpenHarmony, the open source version for developers/companies to fork.
