Hmm I thought they are just bearing of the motors.
The paint job is so remarkably similar to LiDAR that it doesn't fit in with the drone's overall paint. It's hard to explain why this paint job was intentional.
tbh the paint job looks almost identical to industrial/lab use large-ish motors, I'd say it's just exposed external rotor motors, pretty standard stuff for drones.
